RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Software Engineer - Camunda.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with our business partners to understand workflows needs and transform those requirements into an implemented automated business process
* Facilitate process design sessions, analyze business processes and document current and future state
* Design and build UIs using form.io to represent user tasks in a workflow, connectors, apis and other software modules as required to support your BPM model
* Deliver an optimized operational environment for key functions in our client's Workplace Investing Business Unit
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree, with a focus in Computer Science or Information Technology or comparable experience
* 3-5 years of proven programming background in Java or Groovy. Hands on experience in building webservices, RESTful api, Spring etc., Knowledge of aws/azure is desired
* 2-3+ years of experience building process models using one of Camunda, Activiti, Flowable, IBM BPM or Appian
* 2-3 years of JavaScript and building user interfaces; Exposure to form.io desired
* Solid understanding of Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Design principals
* Experience in business process improvement or business process re-engineering projects and working closely with business and operations teams
* Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and Design leads to implement robust automation solutions
* Working knowledge of Agile methodology
* Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus
* Knowledge of system development methodology and analytical/problem solving skills
* Collaborative working style, good interpersonal and relationship management, and analytical skills
* Ability to understand business challenges and objectives and translate those into a design
* Willingness to have analyze business problems and suggest technical solutions
* Drive to take initiative, ownership and deliver results
* Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time-management skills
* Ability to learn and develop expertise in new tools and products
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
