Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic M365 Support Technician to join our team, specializing in SharePoint. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a positive attitude, eager to take initiative and solve problems efficiently. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users and teams leveraging Microsoft 365 tools, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SharePoint and related M365 services.
Assist users with site creation, permissions management, document libraries, and workflows.
Troubleshoot SharePoint issues including access, performance, and integration problems.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize SharePoint usage and implement best practices.
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and proactively suggest improvements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and task ownership.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
