Job Summary:



  • Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AEM Developer to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ.

  • In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge enterprise-level solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • You will work within an agile environment, contributing to the optimization, performance, and accessibility of our AEM platforms, ultimately enhancing user engagement and business success.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable enterprise-level solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), adhering to best practices and architectural guidelines.

  • Lead the deployment and management of AEM applications in cloud environments, including AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Managed Services, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, containerization strategies, and cloud-native architectures to streamline development and deployment processes.

  • Develop custom AEM components, editable templates, and integrate Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions to optimize content management workflows and efficiency.

  • Leverage expertise in OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR to identify and implement performance enhancements, leading to measurable improvements in system efficiency and error reduction.

  • Design and implement headless AEM setups, utilizing GraphQL and REST APIs for seamless and efficient content delivery across various channels.

  • Develop and integrate React SPA components, Sling Models, and multilevel workflows to build robust, responsive, and efficient web applications.

  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product owners, UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Optimize AEM platforms for superior performance, accessibility (WCAG standards), and user engagement, conducting performance tuning and troubleshooting as needed.

  • Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

  • Stay current with emerging AEM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance our development capabilities.


Must-Haves:



  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing AEM applications in cloud environments, including AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Managed Services.

  • Solid understanding and experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native architectures.

  • Proficiency in developing custom AEM components, editable templates, and integrating Digital Asset Management (DAM) for optimized content management.

  • Expertise in OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR, with a proven ability to enhance system performance and efficiency.

  • Strong experience leveraging GraphQL and REST APIs for seamless content delivery in headless AEM setups.

  • Adept in developing with React SPA components, Sling Models, and designing and implementing multilevel workflows.

  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a proven track record of optimizing AEM platforms for better performance, accessibility, and user engagement.


Pluses:



  • Experience working in the banking/financial industry.

  • Experience with AWS S3 is preferred.

  • Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical initiatives.

  • Contributions to open-source projects related to AEM or web development.

  • Certifications in AEM.

  • Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Target, Analytics).

  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices.
