Job responsibilities:

Provide guidance to teams on how to best implement the cookie scripts. - Product Owner is Accountable; O&M is Responsible
  • Guide partners for major enhancements. - Product Owner is Accountable; O&M is Responsible
  • Evaluate the existing or potential new integrations with other systems and processes. - Product Owner is Accountable; O&M is Responsible
  • Support the technical implementation of new integrations in accordance with OneTrust program documentation and applicable policies and procedures. - Product Owner is Accountable; O&M is Responsible
  • Implementing configuration changes. - Product Owner is Accountable; O&M is Responsible
  • Guiding and getting agreement on deployment approaches - Product Owner is Accountable; O&M is Responsible
  • Working with platform vendors for issue resolution - Product Owner is Accountable; O&M is Responsible

Module specific activities are listed below.

Cookie Consent (Customer Web Operations O&M)

  • Administration of the Cookie Consent tool including adding/deleting users. - Product Owner is Accountable; O&M is Responsible
  • Configure the Cookie consent tool for sites. - Product Owner is Accountable; O&M is Responsible
  • Implement the minor enhancements. - Product Owner is Accountable; O&M is Responsible
  • Generation of OneTrust script.
  • Run regular cookie scans and publish reports.
  • Ensure scan results are correctly executed, results are matching Dashboard, and scans are not being blocked by third party sites.
  • Email site owners list of any uncategorized cookies .
  • Recategorize cookies as per site owner instructions.
  • Republish OneTrust script monthly.
  • Meet with DS weekly to review cookie report and determine compliance actions.
  • Monthly review on removal of Not Found cookies on OneTrust.
  • Update the OneTrust version and republish and rescan domain scripts.
  • Ensure that tool functionality is properly implemented on sites and integrated into third party sites; support clients who have technical difficulties.
  • Configure approved changes to OneTrust Consent Rate Optimization module. Perform Cookie Manager role in OneTrust.
  • Apply Geolocation rules for users in different location.
  • Create Templates for domains which includes cookie banners and notification messages.

Incident response (Customer Privacy IT)

Technical Implementation:

  • Performing the technical implementation of OneTrust Incident Response Module including Module-specific functional and integration requirements, procedures and training materials, and guidance and approval provided by the Privacy Team and other stakeholders.
  • Implementing approved changes and updates to Workflows, Assessments, and Attributes
  • Implementing configuration changes in the OneTrust Incident Response Module to create or modify Workflows, Routing Rules, Incident Types, and Incident Attributes
  • Providing technical support to investigate and triage potential issues in the OneTrust Incident Response Module
  • Providing guidance to the Privacy Team regarding impact of deployed changes, documentation updates, and communication to impacted users and stakeholders.
  • Supporting system upgrades and testing functionality impact with changes

Integration:

  • Evaluating the existing or potential new integrations with other systems and processes while supporting the technical implementation of new integrations in accordance with OneTrust program documentation and applicable policies and procedures.

Vendor Risk Management (Customer Privacy IT)

Responsible for:

  • Overseeing technical implementation and configuration changes in Vendor Risk Management Module, managing dependencies and integrations and associated activities as it relates to functional enhancements in the Vendor Risk Management Module in collaboration with the Privacy Analyst;
  • Implementing configuration changes in the OneTrust Vendor Risk Management Module to create or modify Attributes, Templates, Automation Rules, and notifications in collaboration with the Privacy Analyst;
  • Providing technical support to investigate and triage potential issues in the OneTrust Vendor Risk Management Module;
  • Providing guidance to the Privacy Analyst regarding impact of deployed changes; documentation updates, and communication to impacted users and stakeholders;
  • Supporting Privacy Analyst in the technical implementation of the Vendor Risk Management Module and associated activities as it relates to functional roadmap for enhancements and potential integrations with other systems and applications; and
  • Support system upgrades and testing functionality impact with changes.

PIA (Customer Privacy IT)

Responsible for:

  • Building Template:
    • Creating, deleting, and decommissioning Assessment Templates (PIAs aimed to address future regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)) in collaboration with the Privacy Analyst and Privacy Manager;
    • Archiving previous template versions;
    • Testing Assessment Template functionality and publication in production;
    • Agreeing on deployment approaches for the Assessment Template (e.g., if the Assessment Template is triggered from either an integration or another Assessment or through Self-Service Portal) in collaboration with the Privacy Analyst; and
    • Deleting invalid Assessments as needed based on input from Privacy Analyst and Manager.
  • Technical Implementation:
    • Performing the technical implementation of OneTrust Assessment Automation Module including OneTrust Module-specific functional and integration requirements, procedures and training materials, and guidance and approval provided by the Privacy Team and other stakeholders.
  • Integration:
    • Evaluating the existing or potential new integrations with other systems and processes and supporting the technical implementation of new integrations in accordance with OneTrust program documentation and applicable PG&E policies and procedures.

CRO and UCPM

Responsible for:

  • Implementing approved changes and updates to OneTrust Consent Rate Optimization module and OneTrust Universal Consent & Preference (UCPM) module. Perform Consent Manager role in OneTrust.

Technical Implementation:

  • Performing the technical implementation of OneTrust Consent Rate Optimization module and OneTrust Universal Consent & Preference (UCPM) module including Module-specific functional and integration requirements, procedures and training materials, and guidance and approval provided by the Privacy Team and other stakeholders.
  • Implementing configuration changes in the OneTrust Consent Rate Optimization module to create or modify Categorizations, Templates, Geolocation Rules, Consent Groups, etc.
  • Implementing configuration changes in the OneTrust Universal Consent & Preference (UCPM) to create or modify Collection Points, Preference Centers, etc.
  • Providing technical support to investigate and triage potential issues in the OneTrust Incident Response Module OneTrust Consent Rate Optimization module and OneTrust Universal Consent & Preference (UCPM)
  • Supporting system upgrades and testing functionality impact with changes.

Integration:
