A globally leading technology company is looking for an Employee Survey Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional programs to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Employee Engagement Surveys and Global People Team (HR) initiatives, including employee communications and learning campaigns. This role requires exceptional project management expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to create and maintain project plans, impactful presentations, and concise status reports. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end survey projects: Own the full project plan for Apple Employee Surveys, from initial planning to reporting results and insights.
- Drive collaboration: Partner with People Analytics Research Managers, People Business Partners, Communications, and Change Management to ensure seamless execution.
- Keep stakeholders aligned: Create clear timelines and supporting materials (Keynote, dashboards, Wrike) to track progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage details with precision: Maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, and other documentation while anticipating and addressing potential challenges.
- Facilitate execution: Lead meetings with clear agendas, action items, and follow-ups; proactively follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively: Share updates across Slack, email, and recurring meetings, and prepare concise status reports highlighting key accomplishments, risks, and next steps.
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of proven project management experience, ideally within a large, global organization.
Prior experience implementing employee engagement surveys for a global population on survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia, etc.).
Demonstrated success in implementing global People (HR) initiatives, coupled with experience managing projects that rely heavily on data analysis and reporting to drive outcomes.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira).
Strong communication and data visualization skills (creating charts, tables, and slides) using PowerPoint or Keynote (preferred).
Prior experience using collaboration tools (e.g., Box, Quip).
Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks.
A proactive, self-directed approach with a passion for collaboration.

Pay range: $ 60.00 - $ 75.00 (DOE)
