Qualifications
- 5+ years of Desktop Support experience
- Experience deploying packages using SCCM and Intune
- Possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and follow through
- Must be comfortable working in person will all levels of organization
- Strong documentation skills
- On site and on call required
