This is a rare opportunity for a sharp full stack engineer to build and ship high-impact features end-to-end at an emerging SaaS company tackling one of the most meaningful problems in healthcare. The team moves fast, favors action over process, and is actively shaping how AI will be used in clinical decision-making. With a narrow window to define the category, this is your chance to help shape not just a product-but an entire industry.

The exact tech stack isn't important-what matters is your ability to learn quickly, adapt, and build. This team is looking for exceptionally smart engineers who can operate across the stack, pick up new tools as needed, and solve hard problems without being boxed into a narrow role.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects across the stack, from infrastructure to frontend interfaces
• Build and scale new features that impact tens of thousands of healthcare professionals
• Work autonomously to identify, define, and solve key product challenges
• Collaborate directly with founders and early engineers to shape technical direction
• Deliver fast, clean, and scalable code without being siloed into a single function
• Contribute to defining and evolving the product roadmap based on user behavior and feedback
• Help establish the engineering culture in the growing SF team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience as a full stack generalist engineer
• Experience in high-intensity, ownership-driven environments (early-stage startups, quant firms, elite AI labs)
• Able to share your GitHub and/or a side project example of something you built that you're proud of
• Ability to build high-quality features end-to-end and product minded
• Comfortable with backend systems and frontend interfaces
• Something makes you unique! (e.g., accelerated education, Olympiad medals, founder background, breakthrough projects)
• Strong coding fundamentals with a desire to work hard and build something meaningful
