Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Project Manager to support initiatives across the Promotions and Quality functions. This position plays a key role in project planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination, helping to ensure timely delivery and visibility of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Manager will lead planning and execution of projects related to promotional materials (e.g., marketing banners) and quality-focused initiatives
* Serve as a communication bridge across teams, gathering updates and facilitating consistent progress
* Deliver high-level status updates to executive stakeholders (VP-level and above), communicating key project milestones, risks, and completions
* Collaborate closely across Quality and Promotions workstreams, adjusting focus and priorities as needed
* As a Project Manager, you will work within JIRA to manage tickets, track progress, and generate project reports
* Prepare and deliver professional communication materials, including email updates and PowerPoint presentations
* Support a delivery-focused approach centered on schedules, scope, and execution-without budget management responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of project or program management experience in a cross-functional environment
* Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging senior leadership
* Comfortable managing competing priorities and shifting timelines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in JIRA; Experience creating and interpreting reports is highly desirable
* Familiarity or prior experience with marketing, promotional campaigns, or creative projects is a strong plus
* Background as an analyst who moved into project work is also a good fit
* Agile experience preferred; Must be adaptable and responsive to inter-team dependencies and changes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
