Job Details

Position: Sapiens Configurator PolicyPro Specialist
Location: Bloomington, IL
Domain: Insurance (P&C Policy, Billing, Claims)

Primary Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Sapiens PolicyPro configuration:

    • Coverage, Action, Formula, and Interface configuration.

  • Proven expertise in Sapiens PolicyPro implementation projects or large-scale enhancements.

  • 8 12 years of software programming/development experience, with ability to work independently.

  • Solid knowledge of Sapiens PolicyPro data model and Oracle DB.

  • Experience with Microservices and REST API based integrations with PolicyPro modules.

  • Skilled in identifying and fixing production defects in PolicyPro.

  • Experience conducting design and code reviews.

  • Adherence to application maintenance and development documentation best practices.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Secondary / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with BPM or MuleSoft integration platforms.

Soft Skills & Domain Knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communication (onsite role, stakeholder-facing).

  • Solid understanding of the Insurance domain (Property & Casualty).

  • Ability to collaborate closely with client stakeholders for requirement review and work effort estimation.
