Job Details

One of our clients in Seattle, WA is looking for an IT Support Analyst.

Please Note: This is a 3 days' onsite job

Hourly: $30 - $35 per hour (W2)

Duration: 1 year

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond, evaluate, and provide guidance to associates with requests or issues regarding hardware, software, connectivity, telecom, mobile devices (iPhones and iPads), email and other desktop/laptop (Mac & PC) related issues.
  2. Provide excellent customer service over the phone, remotely and in person.
  3. Train or share knowledge with staff on use of IT solutions and services.
  4. Document activities in the ticketing system, including steps taken to resolve or escalate.
  5. Develop and maintain the knowledge base by documenting common resolutions.
  6. Contribute to development routine activities to make them repeatable in support delegation to Tier 1, automation and/or self-service.
  7. Frontline IT Support for on-boarding, off-boarding, shipping/receiving/imaging of all computer devices, and setup and configuration of mobile devices.
  8. Respond to security incidents by leveraging security tools for investigation, remediation incident tracking and reporting.
  9. Assist with infrastructure and security technology implementations and upgrades.
  10. Represent IT in various business initiatives, seeking to fulfill business needs with efficient, reliable, and secure IT data, systems, and services.
