Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FICO, SAP REFX, and Indirect Procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Procurement Analytics and Spend Analysis, combined with a proven track record in leading support or implementation teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing procurement and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Expertise:
* Provide end-to-end consulting for SAP FICO and REFX modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
* Manage and optimize Indirect Procurement processes in SAP MM and Ariba (if applicable).
* Conduct comprehensive Spend Analysis and generate actionable procurement insights.
* Leverage SAP tools for Procurement Analytics, including SAP BW, S/4HANA embedded analytics, or third-party tools.
Support & Project Management:
* Lead a team of consultants and analysts providing support across FICO, REFX, and procurement modules.
* Manage service requests, incidents, and enhancements in SAP landscape, ensuring high service levels.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide strategic solutions.
Process Improvement & Governance:
* Drive continuous improvement in procurement and finance processes through automation and best practices.
* Establish KPIs and dashboards to track procurement performance and cost savings opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX, and audit requirements related to financial and procurement processes.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 8 years of SAP experience, with at least:
o 8+ years in SAP FICO
o 5+ years in SAP REFX
o 5+ years in Indirect Procurement / SAP MM / Ariba
* Proven experience in Procurement Analytics and Spend Analysis
* Prior experience leading a support or project team
Technical & Soft Skills:
* Deep knowledge of integration between SAP FICO, MM, REFX, and SRM/Ariba
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
* SAP Certified Application Associate Financial Accounting (FICO)
* SAP Certified Application Associate REFX (Flexible Real Estate)
* SAP Ariba Certification
* PMP / ITIL Certification (for support/process management
