Job Title: Sr Pega Decisioning (CDH Customer Decisioning Hub) Developer
Location: Irving, TX (On-site 3 days a week)

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Pega Decisioning Developer with deep expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of hands-on Pega development experience with a strong background in Telecom domain and a solid understanding of Personalization and Next Best Action (NBA) strategies using Pega.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions using Pega CDH to drive intelligent customer engagement.
  • Develop and configure Next Best Action strategies, arbitration, and engagement policies.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to personalize customer journeys and decisioning logic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver Telecom-focused CDH solutions.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance of Pega applications.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Pega Decisioning/CDH development.
  • Minimum 5 years of Telecom industry experience implementing Pega CDH use cases.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega Personalization, NBA, Customer Strategies, and Data Flows.
  • Experience with Interaction History, Decision Strategies, and Real-Time Containers.
  • Relevant Pega certifications, especially in CDH (e.g., Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Work Environment:

  • Must be available to work onsite in Dallas office 3 days per week.
