Job Summary: We are looking for a versatile SAP EWM Developer/Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and the ability to train and mentor team members and end-users. This role requires a unique combination of development skills and instructional capabilities to ensure effective implementation and utilization of SAP EWM solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Development:
Design, develop, and customize SAP EWM solutions based on business requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into training materials.
Training:
Develop training materials and curricula for SAP EWM, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules. Conduct training sessions for various audiences, including developers, super-users, and end-users, both in-person and virtually. Facilitate hands-on workshops to ensure practical understanding and application of SAP EWM functionalities.
Support and Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of development projects and training materials.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest SAP EWM features and best practices to incorporate into development and training activities. Gather feedback from training participants to enhance program effectiveness. Recommend improvements to SAP EWM configurations based on user feedback and industry trends.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment of SAP EWM solutions with organizational goals. Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on development and training activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor�s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SAP EWM development, including customization and configuration. Strong instructional skills and experience in conducting training sessions. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference for candidates who reside in Sunnyvale, CA, to facilitate collaboration and on-site activities. Familiarity with supply chain management and warehouse operations. Project management skills to coordinate development and training activities.
