Sr. Product Owner

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and analytical Sr. Product Owner to join their dynamic team. This role involves collaborating closely with experienced product managers and cross-functional teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with our business objectives and market needs. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills and a passion for technology to drive product development and innovation. Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap, defining features, and release timelines based on business objectives and user needs.
• Coordinate project activities, tasks, and timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and release notes, to communicate requirements and updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of product features to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Agile Product & Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Effective decision-making skills with a focus on value-based outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle responsibilities efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in conducting market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Ability to create detailed product documentation and maintain product roadmaps.
