W2 Only - Desktop Support Technician (2 days' onsite

One of our clients in Atlanta, is looking for a Desktop Support Technician.

Title: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Atlanta, GA (2 day's onsite)

Hourly: $25 per hour (W2)

Scope:

Looking for a End-User Deskside Support Technician that can go onsite 2 days per week with 20 user location then the rest of the week will be remote.

Must-to-Have Skills:

Minimum 5-7 years of following skills are required for this position.

1. Microsoft Technolngy - Entra
2. Support for MS Azure
3. Troubleshoot Windows and PCs
4. Experience with Air Call for their telephony
5. Expertise with HotSpot for their CRM
6. Hands-on experience with SSO enabled devices
7. Solarwinds service desk

Soft skills desired:

1. Great communication both spoken and written
2. Able to work with users - good client facing skills
3. This is a financial institution so would be good to have some experience in this vertical
