Location: USA Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee. The role involves wave-based planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring strict throughout the migration process. This position requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to manage complex migration activities across multiple data centers. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute wave-based migration plans for Active Directory domain flips across ~550 servers.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including engineering, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring minimal downtime for mission-critical applications.
Oversee ITAR compliance and ensure all team members meet regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular status meetings, provide progress reports, and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure proper documentation of migration activities, compliance checks, and risk mitigation strategies. Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in program management within IT infrastructure or migration projects.
Strong expertise in wave-based planning and execution for large-scale migrations.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.
Familiarity with Active Directory migration concepts and infrastructure dependencies.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Security & Compliance Requirement 
Experience with OT/IT migration projects in regulated environments.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management strategies.
Familiarity with virtualization and backup tools used in migration projects.
