Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting computer software and hardware issues.
Demonstrated skill in analyzing technical problems and developing effective solutions.
Proven ability to implement and support IT systems, including both hardware and software components.
Strong understanding of computer diagnostics and the ability to provide technical assistance and support.
Experience in user support, including responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues related to software and hardware.
Familiarity with network infrastructure and the ability to assist with connectivity issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with external IT vendors and software providers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Familiarity with network infrastructure and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with end-users and vendors.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve printing and scanning problems.
Monitor and oversee the performance of computer systems.
Evaluate hardware and software, recommending improvements or upgrades.
Respond to user inquiries regarding software or hardware operations to resolve issues.
Set up equipment for employee use, including proper installation of cables, operating systems, software, and telephones.
Conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or provide technical assistance.
Provide technical support and address user questions and concerns.
Perform routine maintenance on all hardware and software.
Report and track IT-related activities and issues.
Assist with network connectivity issues and maintain network infrastructure.
Collaborate with external IT managed services vendors and software providers.
