Title- Senior Network Engineer Advanced Technical Assistance Center (ATAC)
Location- Frisco, TX/Kansas City
Contract- 18+ Month
Work Mode: Onsite
Overview: Client is looking for Senior Network Engineer - ATAC who can support supporting Nokia Core products in telecom Cyber-Security space. This is with our Telecom customer
Job Description:
- Knowledge and experience supporting Nokia Core products (NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, PCF).
- Knowledge and experience with Subscriber Provisioning flows.
- Experience with TMO implemented systems preferred: ServiceNow, OneConsole, OneData, CyberArk, NetScout, etc).
- Knowledge and experience working with a Cloud Native computing environment.
- Knowledge and experience supporting Dell Hardware/IDRAC.
- Knowledge and experience of the telecom Cyber-Security space: recognizing bad practice and addressing vulnerabilities thru configuration and software changes.
Skillset Matrix: Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc.) Manager Notes:
- Scripting: Python, Ansible, Bash
- Business Intelligence
- Unix/Linux CLI
- Load Balancers (basic)
- Routers (basic)
- Database (basic)
- Reviewing CMDB, update data, review issues/tickets/emails, update systems as needed. Attend meetings w/ vendor and design counterparts.
- 3+ years operational support in technical environment.
- Written and spoken communication, self-starter/initiative, and ability to work with others.
