Job Description

The IT Infrastructure Delivery Services (IDS) technician be responsible for execution of Infrastructure operational management. This technician will also support all Infrastructure activities in the Central Region within the Enterprise IT.
Partner with Enterprise IT Core Services teams to manage the core infrastructure (servers/storage, HPC, network/telecom, Audio Visual, and desktop assets) for optimal uptime.
Provide break fix activities requiring touch labor per applicable service level agreements.
Provide annual hardware refresh activities.
Deploy end user assets for new employees and interns.
Provide audio/visual services requiring onsite presence.

Basic Qualifications

IT Product Knowledge: Working knowledge of IT products and solutions that support the outcomes of 1LMX
Deployment Experience: Experience participating in large-scale deployments, including:
o Software deployments
o Hardware deployments
o Infrastructure deployments
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on executive-level communications
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and geographical locations to collaborate with and influence others
Motivation: Motivated, energetic self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Desired skills

IT Service Central: Knowledge of IT Service Central ticketing system, including incident management and problem management
Enterprise Operations: Knowledge of Enterprise Operations business applications, including business process management and workflow automation
Technical Communication: Experience communicating technical information to a non-technical audience, with a focus on clear and concise communication

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $52,300 - $92,230. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement
