Role: SAP BRIM SOM/CI Functional Consultant/SME
Location: Middletown, PA

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Architect / Lead Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA BRIM solutions for high-volume, consumption-based billing and revenue management. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and integrated billing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and enhance SAP BRIM modules including SOM, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, FI-CA, SD, and MM.
- Lead business workshops to gather requirements and translate them into end-to-end BRIM solutions.
- Support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SOC1, and SOC2 standards and secure payment processing.
- Oversee functional testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and production readiness.
- Recommend and implement SAP Fiori solutions to improve usability.
- Document designs, configurations, and user stories; mentor junior team members and support training efforts.
Required Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on SAP BRIM experience with SOM and CI.
- 3+ years working on SAP S/4HANA BRIM in cloud environments.
- At least two full-cycle SAP BRIM implementations.
- Experience integrating with non-SAP CRM systems and payment gateways.
- Strong knowledge of PCI compliance, tokenization, and secure payment flows.
Nice to Have
- SAP BRIM certifications (BR235/240/245/416).
- Experience with utilities, transportation, or usage-based billing models.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, ADO/JIRA, and ServiceNow.
