Job Details
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 8 years of SAP Payroll experience (HCM or SuccessFactors ECP).
Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, and payroll driver processing.
Experience in payroll posting to FI and integration with Time Management.
Good knowledge of statutory compliance and reporting.
Familiarity with SAP OSS notes, Support Packs, and Enhancement Packs.
Hands-on experience in data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams.
