Our client is looking for a strong HRIS Benefits Analyst to support their HR technology initiatives, benefits administration, and time-off management. This role includes system configuration, data integrity checks, issue resolution, and report creation, primarily within UKG Pro Core and UTA.

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a strong HRIS Benefits Analyst to support their HR technology initiatives, benefits administration, and time-off management. This role includes system configuration, data integrity checks, issue resolution, and report creation, primarily within UKG Pro Core and UTA.
- Serve as system administrator for PTO and Benefits in UKG Pro Core and UTA
- Provide daily support for HCM and PTO systems
- Configure systems to meet business and user needs
- Support project lifecycles: scope, requirements, testing, and implementation
- Maintain documentation: process flows, SOPs, system diagrams
- Conduct system audits and ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot issues and partner with vendors for resolutions
- Create and improve reports using UKG BI, UTA Cognos, and MicroStrategy
- 3+ years in HR systems
- 2+ years in benefits/time-off administration (knowledge of compliance and policies)
- 1+ year in report writing (drag-and-drop tools or SQL-based reporting)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Experience with PTO configuration in UKG Pro Core and UTA
- Familiarity with vendors such as BSwift, Fidelity, Health Equity
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Admin, or HR
