At Advantage Technical, we've partnered with an industry-leading manufacturer, and we're looking for a dedicated Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator in Chelmsford, MA to join their team. Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines and practices with experience implementing OSHA training programs. Proficient in MS Office with excellent communication and advisory skills. Skilled in conducting individual and group training sessions and experienced in safety leadership, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Well-versed in industry regulations and requirements to protect worker health and safety (industrial safety background required).

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safety awareness within the plant.
- Provide technical health and safety support and information to employees and leadership.
- Coordinate, track, and conduct required employee health and safety training.
- Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify health and safety risks.
- Maintain health and safety records, libraries, and reference materials.
- Audit practices and records to ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Investigate accidents, monitor worker's compensation claims, and develop programs to improve safety performance.
