OCM Global Lead SAP S/4 Program
Overview
We are looking for a senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) leader to oversee all change and adoption activities for a global SAP S/4 program. This role provides the opportunity to set the global OCM strategy across multiple modules and geographies, ensuring adoption outcomes are achieved in collaboration with multiple service providers and client stakeholders. You will coach executives, coordinate OCM leads across modules and regions, and represent OCM at the highest levels of governance.
What You ll Do
- Develop and own the integrated global OCM strategy for the S/4 program.
- Coordinate across module-specific OCM leads (e.g., Ariba, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Establish global OCM standards, templates, and adoption KPIs.
- Act as a coach to executives and senior leaders, enabling them to fulfill their role as change sponsors.
- Identify and manage resistance across the program, ensuring risks are mitigated consistently across regions.
- Define and monitor global adoption success metrics; adjust strategies based on outcomes.
- Represent OCM in executive governance forums and, where needed, in presales or client-facing forums.
- Lead the global change agent network to ensure consistency of adoption activities worldwide.
What We re Looking For
- 12+ years of OCM leadership experience in global ERP/SAP programs.
- Proven ability to manage OCM across multi-partner environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 and integrated modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement).
- Prosci or equivalent certification; PMP preferred.
- Experience coaching senior executives and influencing leadership alignment.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills.
- Skilled at leading distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Onsite in Corona, CA, with flexibility for regional travel as needed.
- This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being in-office 3 days per week (Tuesday Thursday)
- Some travel may be required for workshops, training, or go-live support.
Position 2.
OCM Lead LATAM Region (SAP S/4 Program)
Overview
We are hiring an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for the LATAM region to support a global SAP S/4 implementation. This role is ideal for someone who can localize a global change strategy into actionable regional adoption activities. You ll ensure readiness, training, and adoption across LATAM while working closely with the Global OCM Lead, Bristlecone consultants, and partner firms.
What You ll Do
- Tailor the global OCM strategy to LATAM markets, considering cultural, language, and regulatory needs.
- Conduct readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses for regional users.
- Design and deliver regional communications, training sessions, and adoption materials.
- Identify and manage resistance in LATAM, adapting mitigation strategies to cultural context.
- Define and monitor regional adoption success metrics, escalating risks to the Global OCM Lead.
- Partner with LATAM leadership to ensure sponsorship and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate feedback loops between LATAM end users and the global program team.
What We re Looking For
- 8 10 years of OCM experience, ideally with SAP deployments in LATAM.
- Prosci or equivalent certification.
- Experience in resistance management and tracking adoption outcomes.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate global program structures involving multiple consulting firms.
Position 3.
OCM Lead Ariba (SCC Sourcing / SLP)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive adoption for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance) as part of a global SAP S/4 transformation. This role is a unique opportunity to shape how procurement and supplier management processes are embraced across the business. You will serve as the primary OCM point of contact for Ariba, working closely with consultants, client stakeholders, and technology partners.
What You ll Do
- Lead the change management strategy for Ariba modules within the global S/4 program.
- Partner with process owners, business leaders, and technology teams to align on user impacts.
- Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses across procurement and supplier management.
- Develop and deliver communications, training plans, and digital adoption guidance.
- Identify and manage resistance to change, building mitigation plans where needed.
- Define and monitor adoption successful metrics, escalating risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the bridge between client business teams and technology consultants.
What We re Looking For
- 8+ years of OCM experience, with strong background in SAP Ariba transformations.
- Prosci or equivalent certification.
- Hands-on experience leading training, communications, and adoption planning.
- Familiarity with digital adoption platforms (WalkMe preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable navigating multi-partner environments.
