Kronos UKG Dimensions and WFC Applications Analyst

The Kronos Applications Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems applications to support end user needs. The analyst is responsible for Kronos production support including application operations, enhancements/incidents and Kronos configurations and development. You will work closely with the client Finance and HR teams as well as others within the Support Teams to ensure strong partnerships and alignment between business needs and the application solutions. The analyst will be responsible for developing, configuring, and delivering effective Kronos specific solutions for HTC's clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production support of UKG Dimensions and Kronos WFC (Workforce Central) applications, its integrations and customizations ensuring responsiveness to customer requests and quality of work.
• Responsible for functional design, configuration and support of applications with a primary focus within UKG Dimensions/Kronos WFC Time and Attendance domain
• Strong Kronos Workforce Central Workforce Dimension product knowledge including configuration expertise with focus on Time & Labor Management and Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Attendance Policy, Access Profiles, Scheduling modules respectively.
• Develops, tests, and modifies internal applications systems, databases and operational environments
• Designs applications, modules, and/or approaches, and application configurations as required
• Prepares test data, codes, reviews, tests, debugs and manages implementation of system application building
• Reviews, revises and updates program configuration as required
• Ensures that documentation is created for all systems applications designed or modified
• Works toward stated levels for customer satisfaction goals / objectives by performing related duties and requirements in meeting program objective, as set forth by the client by promoting HTC s policy in servicing the account
• Maintains technology expertise, keeping current with evolving systems applications analysis, programming and database technology
• Maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes a favorable working relationship with customers, clients, co-workers and management
• Owns their portfolio of solutions by keeping abreast of enhancements, patches, and upgrades and ensuring that these are communicated to HIT leadership and implemented timely
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of system application s analysis experience
• Experience supporting UKG Workforce Dimensions required
• Experience working with Kronos Workforce Central required
• Migration from WFC to Dimensions preferred
• UKG Report Development experience preferred
• SQL experience a plus
• Integration & Interface experience a plus
• Integration using Dell Boomi or Web Methods a plus
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
