Job Description:
Looking for a Jr. Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the Clean PnL (Profit and Loss) POD Governance Program, managing a significant project with 13 corrective actions. The ideal candidate will bring over 3 years of project management experience, adept data analysis skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of project data, foster stakeholder engagement, and maintain clear communication among team members. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proactive approach will be crucial in delivering successful project outcomes.
Coordinate and manage the execution of the Clean PnL POD Governance Program. Monitor project plans and track progress on corrective actions. Conduct data analysis and reporting to ensure the accuracy and quality of project metrics. Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data consolidation and analysis. Support the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards. Facilitate effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver visually engaging presentations in PowerPoint. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure records are current. Draft business-related updates and coordinate communication within the project team. Perform data quality assessments and self-checks on project data. Collaborate with team members to uphold data integrity and project standards. Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement.

E2E Project Manager Required Skills -PM2
- A solid understanding of project management particularly the following concepts:
- Risk and Issue tracking and coordination
- Developing and maintaining project plans deliverables
- Milestones
- Tasks
- Sub-task
- Previous experience with overall project coordination (packaging documentation, facilitating calls, gathering data, organizing SharePoint, etc.)
- Creating status reports for stakeholders
- Documenting minutes and key decision (KBD's) stemming from various conversation or meetings
