Responsibilities:
- Define and document business functions and processes.
- Create standard operating procedures, user manuals, and training materials as needed.
- Schedule, coordinate, and assist with meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Analyze and document how business functions integrate with technology.
- Assist with business case development and process reengineering initiatives.
- Consult with management and team members to define business needs, objectives, and operational workflows.
- Recommend new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
- Develop or assist with project work plans and timelines.
- Develop technical specifications and define work requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in document management or information governance.
- 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience with DPS processes and document workflows (preferred).
- Experience analyzing IBM Content Manager systems (preferred).
- Experience working with Kofax systems (preferred).
- Experience analyzing electronic document management system migrations (preferred).
- Experience analyzing digital applications and data for process improvements (preferred).
- Ability to analyze data and generate decision-support reports (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business analysis or a related field.
