Job Description

Preferred Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience with Agile and other project management methodologies
3+ years of experience leading large, complex technology-related projects
3+ years of experience developing and analyzing complex business requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience with software development lifecycles
1+ year of experience documenting business technology challenges

Job Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to support various technology and innovation initiatives that directly impact the agency's daily operations and strategic goals
These professionals will manage complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with DPS's mission

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large, complex technology-related projects using Agile and other project management methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Support innovation and emerging technology initiatives within DPS
