Job Title: T-SQL Programming with Perl Scripting

Location: Weehawken, NJ

Full Time/ Permanent

 

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures to support business requirements
  • Design and implement database solutions using Perl scripting
  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address database requirements
  • Ensure data integrity and security in all database operations

 

Requirements:

You are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with T-SQL Programming and Perl Scripting
  • Strong knowledge of database design principles and practices
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Detail-oriented, ability to turn deliverables around quickly with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret business requirements and produce functional and technical design documents
  • Good time management skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple efforts at once
  • Strong desire to understand and learn domain.
  • Experience in a financial services/banking industry
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment; to be flexible and learn quickly.
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail/ prioritize tasks.
