Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Atlanta, GA/Charlotte, NC (On-site)

Job Description: Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile practices, Banking/Financial Services, and hands-on experience using Rally (CA Agile Central). The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
Work closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and ensure clear, actionable user stories
Guide the team on Agile principles and best practices
Track sprint progress and team velocity using Rally (CA Agile Central)
Remove roadblocks and ensure the team meets their sprint goals
Monitor and report on Agile metrics such as burndown charts, cumulative flow, and velocity
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams for cross-team dependencies
Ensure compliance with banking domain standards and regulatory requirements
Support continuous improvement efforts within the team and the organization

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong hands-on experience with Rally (CA Agile Central)
Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain is a must
Excellent understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple teams or projects concurrently
Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong hands-on experience with Rally (CA Agile Central)
Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain is a must
