Description
Support enterprise-wide IT projects for new construction, renovations, and Enterprise IT projects. The program provides strategic guidance, project planning, oversight, and management for the implementation of Enterprise technology across new construction, renovations, and IT projects within the agency. Through coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders and end-user groups, the program ensures that all initiatives are planned, designed, constructed, integrated, and delivered using a hybrid systems development and systems engineering lifecycle (SDLC and SELC) methodology. This approach guarantees the deployment of the latest and most advanced Enterprise technology, driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Designs and develops solutions to complex data sets.
Leads the development of enterprise data architectures, strategies, and solution recommendations in support of business strategies.
Leads design of high-level conceptual and logical models that facilitate a cross-system/cross functional view of data requirements.
Establishes processes for governing the identification, collection, and use of corporate metadata and takes steps to assure metadata accuracy, validity, and quality.
Provides leadership to system and local work groups.
Designs and builds relational and non-relational databases.
Translates business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
Reviews object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access.
Will work in Federal Government in Government Community Cloud (GCC high) or FedRAMP Authorized platforms.
Will develop in the Power Platform Suite of tools, Azure, Java, JavaScript, C, Cplus plus, Python, CMake, AutoCAD, AutoLISP, Microsoft Power BI, and R Studio, and will debug applications. Will work with and develop in AI Builder, Inkscape, XRM Toolbox, PowerQuery, SharePoint, SharePoint Lists and SharePoint development.
Expected to work in cross-team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and executive demonstrations/presentations.
Required Skills
Active TS or SCI and eligible for Poly
13+ years Experience working in Federal Government in Government Community Cloud (GCC high) or FedRAMP Authorized platforms.
Experience developing in the Power Platform Suite of tools, debugging, Azure, Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Python, CMake, AutoCAD, AutoLISP, Microsoft Power BI, and R Studio, AI Builder, Inkscape, XRM Toolbox, Power Query, etc.
Experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Lists and SharePoint development.
Experience gathering requirements, cross-team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and executive demonstrations/presentations.
