Job Title: IT Systems Engineer
Location: Remote Opportunity
Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with a focus on automation, observability, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience working with and integrating AIOps platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of observability principles, practices, and platforms (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Practical knowledge of AI Foundry and AI agent technologies (focus on configuration and integration, not necessarily coding).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with different teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption and implementation of AIOps within the Managed Services practice.
- Integrate AIOps solutions with existing observability platforms.
- Enhance automation within the DevOps pipeline.
- Enable engineering and operations teams to leverage AI-driven insights.
- Work with AI Foundry and intelligent agents for configuration and integration.
- Implement observability standards across systems.
- Improve automated processes for incident management and performance optimization.
