Role overview

DynPro is seeking a Workato Architect to lead solution design for complex automation and integration programs. You will define integration strategy, establish governance and standards, and guide hands-on engineers through delivery. This role blends architecture depth with pragmatic execution.

What you will do:

  • Own end-to-end Workato solution architecture for multi-application transformation initiatives.
  • Define integration standards, reusable frameworks, naming conventions, documentation templates, and design patterns.
  • Drive requirement discovery with business/IT leaders and translate process goals into scalable solution blueprints.
  • Architect event-driven, API-led, and batch integration approaches as appropriate for the use case.
  • Guide engineers on recipe design, connector selection, security patterns, environment strategy, and observability.
  • Review designs and implementations for performance, data quality, resilience, and compliance.
  • Support presales and proposal efforts with estimates, solution narratives, and risk considerations.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to practice accelerators and thought leadership.

Must-have qualifications

  • Deep Workato architecture and delivery experience in enterprise settings.
  • Strong command of integration fundamentals: APIs, messaging patterns, data modeling, error and retry strategies.

  • Experience designing solutions across major business domains (HR, Finance, Sales, ITSM, Supply Chain).

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across business and technical teams.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced consulting environments with multiple parallel initiatives.

    Nice-to-have

  • Experience leading architecture across multiple iPaaS tools.

  • Workato certifications and experience building formal governance models.

  • Exposure to enterprise security, GRC, or regulated industry delivery.
