Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Specialist with deep expertise across Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role involves assessing, securing, and managing cyber risks for both enterprise IT networks and industrial control systems (ICS) or SCADA environments, ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT and OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management for both IT and OT systems.
  • Ensure network segmentation, asset visibility, and secure communication across IT and OT environments.
  • Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to strengthen defense-in-depth strategies.
  • Implement identity and access management (IAM), endpoint protection, and network monitoring solutions for critical assets.
  • Evaluate industrial cybersecurity frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, or ISO 27001.
  • Stay updated on threat intelligence specific to ICS, SCADA, and IIoT systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, including 3 5 years in OT or Industrial Cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA systems, PLC/DCS networks, and industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Profibus, etc.).
  • Familiarity with network security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEMs, vulnerability scanners).
  • Experience with risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443).
  • Hands-on with Azure Security, AWS Security, or other cloud security platforms.
  • Strong understanding of network segmentation and zero trust architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
