Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Bentonville, AR (Onsite/Hybrid as per project requirement)
Employment Type: Contract (W2 or C2C)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and back-end technologies, with strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications.

  • Work with modern front-end frameworks (React.js / Angular) and back-end technologies (Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or .NET Core).

  • Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create engaging user experiences.

  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to project planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Strong expertise in front-end frameworks (React.js / Angular).

  • Solid back-end experience in Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or .NET Core.

  • Database experience with SQL & NoSQL systems.

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
