Job Title: Senior Salesforce Integration Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Integration Architect to join our dynamic team at NextEra Energy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in Salesforce Integration Architecture Design, with a proven track record of successfully implementing complex integration solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust Salesforce integration architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead the integration strategy for Salesforce, ensuring seamless connectivity with various systems and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend integration tools and technologies to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and other stakeholders.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing integration solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices to ensure the integration architecture remains relevant and effective.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing input on integration related tasks and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies during integration processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Integration Architecture Design.
• Proficient in integration patterns and best practices, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Experience with Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and data transformation techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming.
• Familiarity with cloud based integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Certifications in Salesforce Integration Architecture or related fields.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in software development and integration architecture, with a focus on Salesforce.
• Proven experience in leading integration projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
