job summary:


  • Lead the shaping of infrastructure and application architecture for the Tooling and Automation of the Incident Management ecosystem to solve for emerging business requirements, ensure design is flexible and modular. This includes facilitating solution-driven discussions, leading the design of complex architectural components, and finding creative solutions using knowledge of the domain and operational constraints working across various steering committees for agreements to proposed technical tooling and automation strategies.
  • Responsible for designing solutions that are compliant all relevant risk, financial, and compliance polices, and standards.

responsibilities:


  • Responsible and accountable for the application performance in production (application health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews).
  • Hands on experience with planning, designing, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions involving cross-functional technical experts including transferring strategic plans to technical blueprints.


qualifications:


  • Experience developing from conceptual models to design/architectural patterns, solution design, architecture and implementation for key Service Management platforms (such as ServiceNow) across multiple technologies.
  • Knowledgeable of ITIL processes and practices such as Event Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge including understanding and ensuring compliance with the Incident Management and Problem Management policies and procedures
  • Proficiency with incident management and triage platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Teams


skills:

  • Experience with migration to ServiceNow, MS Teams integration, MS Co-pilot
  • Experience with object oriented architecture and automation principles
  • Exposure to enterprise monitoring platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to interpret technical data and communicate clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience leveraging Agile/DevOps practices to ensure the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
