Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Director of Project Development to lead water and wastewater engineering projects for municipal and industrial clients. This role combines business development, project management, and engineering leadership to deliver innovative solutions for treatment plants, pumping stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure. This is a client facing/business development strategic role for someone with Texas water market experience with project leadership and local market relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering and consulting
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proven success in project management, proposal writing, and public presentations
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
