Your Role and Responsibilities -

  • All-round who is customer facing, with deep expertise in the Digital in BFSI Domain and an ability to articulate the value proposition of Capgemini's digital offerings to our clients
  • For assigned accounts, you will work closely with the respective AEs to identify, shape and support digital opportunities
  • Think outside the box and identify new opportunities in the relationship in order to continuously develop, fine tune, and evolve the alliance
  • Will provide thought leadership and POVs to clients to help resolve their current and future challenges
  • Will get onboarded to these engagements for initial discovery / assessments in a lead capacity
  • Work with the broader digital practice and help drive a successful proposition
  • Need to analyze the continuously changing technology landscape and suggest what capabilities need to be invested in
  • Work with stakeholders through all layers of the client organization and practice to deliver a business aspect
  • Provide thought leadership and point of views to clients
  • Anchor small to large proposals in the digital space from presales perspective
  • Understand and have experience constructing estimation models / financial models for proposals / RFPs / RFIs
  • Able to tie multiple components of the technical solution together and be that technology solution leader
  • Assist in assuring client satisfaction and maintaining a strong client relationship through sales excellence
  • Travel expectations are up to 60% (as things open up)


Skills and experience -

  • 15+ overall experience in technology and consulting services
  • 8+ years of presales and consulting experience in Digital areas mentioned above
  • 8+ years of technology strategy or hands on experience
  • 8+ years in client engagement and delivery experience
  • Hands on experience driving RFPs / RFIs and shaping deals for digital deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of global delivery models and experience working with multiple offshore locations
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, enterprise architecture and governance models
  • Knowledge of how the IT landscape with evolving with cloud, digital and technology playing the catalyst for innovation
  • Independent thinker and experience developing go to market content.
  • Driven and self-starter
    Preferred skills and experience -
  • Broad expertise in digital solution architecture and blueprinting
  • Technically skilled on one of the areas in Digital or platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, MS Dynamics, Web / Mobile / etc.
  • Understanding of solutions on Cloud and integration patterns
  • Ability to advise on industry-leading approaches and solution patterns.
  • Experience working as a Solution / Enterprise architect for an IT professional services firm or in a large enterprise.
