What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
  • Manage and resolve service desk tickets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
