Job Title: Oracle OTC Functional Consultant

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Oracle Order-to-Cash (OTC) Functional Consultant to join our team.
  • The consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle OTC processes, ensuring seamless integration across financials, supply chain, and customer management functions.
  • The role requires strong domain expertise in OTC business processes, deep knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, and the ability to work closely with business users to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to the OTC cycle (Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Management).
  • Configure and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP OTC modules.
  • Implement and enhance processes related to order management, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with other modules such as Finance (AR, GL), Procurement, and Inventory.
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle modules such as:
  • Order Management (OM)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Advanced Pricing
  • Trade Management
  • Shipping Execution
  • Credit and Collections
  • Conduct workshops, system demonstrations, CRP, UAT, and end-user training sessions.
  • Work with technical teams to design RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components.
  • Support global rollouts, system upgrades, and ongoing production support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring business continuity.
  • Document business processes, solution designs, test scripts, and end-user training material.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of functional experience with Oracle OTC modules (EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes including order capture, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing, and cash applications.
  • Experience with cross-functional integration between OTC and modules like AP, GL, Inventory, and Procurement.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial impacts of OTC transactions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in global implementations, rollouts, or upgrades is highly desirable.
  • Oracle certifications (Fusion/Cloud ERP) are a plus.
