RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Product Manager in Lehi, UT.

Responsibilities:
* Software Product Manager will help design innovative solutions that solve meaningful business problems in the real world
* Own a strategic product portfolio, shaping vision and direction to deliver maximum impact for Kforce clients and users
* Drive customer discovery through interviews, feedback loops, and beta programs to surface pain points and growth opportunities
* Use competitive insights and market research to shape a high-impact product strategy
* Manage product roadmaps and feature prioritization, aligning stakeholders across functions
* As a Software Product Manager, you will create clear documentation including epics, user stories, and product requirements to guide development
* Collaborate with UI/UX teams to build user-friendly, intuitive designs
* Partner closely with Engineering to ensure product execution matches the intended experience
* Work alongside Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful product launches
* Monitor product engagement and usage analytics to measure impact and guide future iterations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
* 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally in the B2B SaaS space
* Experienced in competitive analysis and identifying market opportunities
* Experience creating compelling product value propositions
* Proven success in growing and scaling software products
* Comfortable running user testing and transforming data into actionable improvements
* Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration
* Skilled at building and maintaining product roadmaps
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Deep curiosity and empathy for customer needs
* Well-versed in modern product management frameworks and best practices
* Able to define, track, and report on key product KPIs
* Experience in SaaS business models is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
