Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Module- Project Manager

Location: Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Role: Technical Project Manager Consultant - Oracle ERP Cloud Finance (Fixed Assets Module)

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager Consultant with expert-level proficiency in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules, particularly specializing in the Fixed Assets module. The ideal consultant will lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring successful deployment and integration of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:
   • Lead the re-implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud Fixed Assets module.
   • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
   • Coordinate and manage project team activities, ensuring adherence to Leadership and architectural vision, project milestones and deliverables.
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
2. Technical Expertise:
   • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud Fixed Assets module functionalities and configurations.
   • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of customizations and integrations related to Fixed Assets.
   • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.
3. Stakeholder Management:
   • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
   • Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
4. Skills:
   • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
   • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
   • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
   • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project etc.).

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical project management, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP Cloud Finance implementations.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Fixed Assets module. Proficiency in other Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules is highly desirable.
• Certifications: PMP, Oracle ERP Cloud certifications, or equivalent are preferred.
