Job Details

Job Description: As a Salesforce Cloud Architect and Developer, you will take the lead in providing technical oversight for new and existing Salesforce (SaaS) implementations. This role is pivotal in ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in solution design sessions, offering guidance on architecture and extensions.

  • Work with stakeholders to define technical requirements and future enhancements.

  • Lead workshops and design sessions, articulating design/architecture options.

  • Ensure technical requirements align with business needs and performance objectives.

  • Oversee technical architecture deliverables to maintain quality and traceability.

  • Establish internal development standards and ensure team compliance.

  • Provide QA oversight, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards.

  • Ensure solutions meet security guidelines throughout the lifecycle.

  • Communicate technical concepts at an executive level and lead discussions.

Salesforce Skillsets Required:

  • 5+ years in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and 2+ years with Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting.

  • Experience with at least two full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.

  • Advanced development: APEX, Force.com, Java, Salesforce Flow Builder, LWC, SOQL, and Omniscripts.

  • Web services expertise: REST services and enterprise data integration.

  • Proficiency in CICD/Release Management for Salesforce technologies.

  • Experience with Conga Composer for document generation.
