Data Specialist, SkyPro Operations

In-Flight Service is seeking an individual who has proven servant leadership skills to support, engage, coach, and develop support team members of the SkyPro Operations Center. The Data Specialist, SkyPro Operations will partner with other team members and recommend technical solutions and design.

The successful candidate must be an approachable and visible employee with a proven ability to model Delta's Rules of the Road while fostering trust and respect within their team. This role also requires creating new technical solutions that require outside vendor data and internal FA and SOC data. You will work with internal Product Owners to understand how the SOC tools might later be built into an enterprise tool, ensuring that SOC aligns with best data practices set by the enterprise.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics for the SkyPro Operations Center. As well as training other team members on tools, data and leveraging it for the best Flight Attendant experience with the SOC.
• Transforms routine and manual call center tasks by designing and implementing new processes and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
• Leverage expertise as a SkyPro Professor to help evaluate new vendor applications with testing and development of standard operation processes with new applications.
• Establish best data practices (internal and vendor) for the SkyPro operations center and align with all Enterprise data requirements.
• Collaborate with and lead consultants & lead agency partners as needed to deliver internal change management and communications programs.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Experience in Strategic Planning & Integration, Change Management, Project Management, Communications, or related disciplines required
• Strong understanding of Delta's internal and external communication channels & network of teams and individuals required to deliver results
• Must be comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities at any given time
• Must be able to lead, motivate and inspire teams and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Must have previous leadership experience with proven skills around team development.
• Excellence in written and oral communications.
• Experience with complex operational data sets at Delta (MyFlight, Performance Development Data, HR data sets and other Operational sources).
• Contact Center knowledge including resource planning, processes, tools and infrastructure.
• Proven track record of driving significant business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
