Architectural Designer

- $90k $100k Base + 20% annual bonus
- 100% paid health benefits + 401k match

- Full-time/Permanent
- Onsite in Chicago office
We are a forward-thinking architecture and design firm specializing in diverse housing solutions, with a strong emphasis on multifamily developments. Our core strength lies in revitalizing existing buildings through thoughtful rehabilitation, and we're actively expanding into adaptive reuse and ground-up construction projects.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) or Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.
- Expertise in BIM software (Archicad preferred, but will consider Revit or AutoCAD)
- Multifamily and affordable housing project experience is a plus
- Track record of taking projects from concept through detailed design phases
- Experience with existing building renovations and adaptive reuse preferred
- Create detailed and accurate design documentation from concept through construction documents
- Transform conceptual ideas into detailed design solutions during Design Development phases
- Document existing conditions and translate them into renovation opportunities
- Work closely with our integrated team to develop innovative solutions for complex housing challenges
- Contribute to the design vision while ensuring technical feasibility
