Job Details
The Senior Oracle Applications Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end migration of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications to a cloud-based infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules, cloud migration strategies, project management methodologies, and effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Extensive experience managing Oracle EBS projects, including version upgrades and migrations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale IT projects, particularly cloud migration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules, architecture, and integration with cloud platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
