RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Marketing Director in Fremont, CA.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Co-work with Product Marketing team/PLM and R&D team and identify key selling points/define value propositions of products or solutions
* Develop a Go-To-Market strategy with Product Marketing team/PLM and a plan to create and grow a business with target clients
* Understand and articulate the technical aspects/features/value propositions of products, along with its differentiating factors and potential use cases for Client
* Provide the technical know-how of key market trends, new ecosystem developments and guide positioning of in light of those
* Organize meetings/demos/videos/webinars or more to increase awareness on the Client side and create or strengthen the partnership between and (potential) Client
* Established differentiated thought leadership around trends in telecom industry

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree with at least five years of work experience in selling private network solution through CBRS or licensed bands
* Basic knowledge of wireless and wireline technologies (LTE, 5G, WIFI, etc.)
* Excellent communication and customer interface skills
* Can-do attitude
* Mandarin speaking is a plus but is not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
