Title: Product Manager
Location: San Jose CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ month s contract
Experience:
Experience:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven track record in Sales and Support technologies
- Experience in launching and managing tech products AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Generative AI / Agentic AI Demonstrated track record of integrating GenAI into products
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Excellent verbal/written communication Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to define KPIs, derive insights from data, and make data-driven decisions
- Advanced Education: MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience with AI Platforms: Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service Amazon Bedrock AWS
- Familiarity with integrating AI into CRM and Support systems UX and Tooling Familiarity:
- Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tools Experience working with UX teams for AI-powered user experiences
