Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Oracle ERP Integration Architect with deep enterprise-level experience in designing and building scalable integration strategies for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM ecosystems. This is a pure architecture-level role-ideal for someone with a background in enterprise architecture, strong functional understanding of Oracle ERP modules, and hands-on technical expertise in modern integration technologies.

This is a fully remote position working with a cross-functional team to modernize legacy ERP integrations and develop an enterprise integration framework in an Oracle Cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and architect the enterprise-wide integration strategy for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and connected upstream/downstream systems.
  • Lead the re-design of legacy ERP integrations into scalable, secure, and reusable services using Oracle Cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into integration blueprints.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2), FBDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
  • Provide architectural guidance for Oracle PaaS, SaaS, FAW/FDI, EPM/PBCS, Oracle WebCenter, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Develop and govern web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and reusable components to support integrations with both Oracle and non-Oracle systems.
  • Ensure integration standards are followed, monitor performance, and guide resolution of complex issues.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and participate in enterprise planning for cross-functional systems integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP architecture and enterprise integrations, with at least 4+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules: GL, AP, AR, OM, P2P, O2C, Pricing, and HCM.
  • Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2) and Oracle-delivered integration tools: FBDI, HDL, HCM Extracts.
  • Experience integrating Oracle ERP Cloud with external and internal systems (cloud and on-prem).
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle WebCenter and deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Solid understanding of Oracle PaaS, SaaS, FAW, FDI, and EPM/PBCS.
  • Experience in web service design, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to assess legacy ERP systems and re-architect integrations within Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle certifications in Cloud ERP, Integration Cloud, or OCI
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with Oracle Autonomous Database and ATP/ADW
